Why did I receive a warning from the support
Profiles can be reported to the support at Jaumo. You can send a report via Profile > Actions > Report profile or directly from a conversation in the header menu. If several members report a profile within a short period of time, this may lead to a warning that is sent automatically from our system. Our support may review this profile to verify if it is in accordance with the Jaumo terms of service. If more members report the profile after the warning this can lead to an irrevocable deletion of the user account.
What can I do?
In Jaumo there are rules that have to be considered like in most other social networks:
- Jaumo terms of service and applicable German law;
- Our guidelines for pictures; and
- Generally fair and respectful treatment with other members.
That is, for example, no insults, racism, copyright offences, threats, violence, drug glorification, pornography, commercial advertising, harassment or fake profiles.
