Why is my message gone?

There are two possible reasons why a message has "disappeared":

1. The other person has deleted his/her account. In this case, the message was deleted by our system.
2. The profile was isolated by our system because of suspicious activity. In this case, also, the conversations will be deleted. This can be, for example, when we found out that the profile was a scammer or a member with bad motives which is not in accordance with our Terms of Use.

On both cases, deleted messages cannot be restored.
